About the Opportunity / Organizer
Elixir Legal is inviting applications from motivated law students for an internship position focusing on Indirect Taxation, Customs, and Commercial Laws. The internship period spans across October to December 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain practical exposure to indirect tax litigation and assessment proceedings.
- Assist with legal advisory, research, and legal drafting.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in commercial legal practice.
- Work closely alongside experienced legal professionals.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students currently in their final year or penultimate year of a recognised law programme.
- Students pursuing either a 3-year LL.B. or a 5-year integrated law course.
- Motivated, disciplined, and committed law students.
Stipend, Perks & Internship Details
- Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
- Duration: 1 month (extendable to an assessment role based on performance and firm requirements).
- Internship Period: October – December 2026
