Founded by Dr. Manish Aggarwal in March 2002, the firm boasts a team of over 50 qualified advocates and solicitors. EOS Chambers of Law is inviting applications from experienced legal professionals for a full-time Senior Associate Lawyer position in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities / Opportunity Scope
- Litigation & Arbitration: Manage and represent clients in ongoing litigation and arbitration proceedings across various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct in-depth research and draft complex legal pleadings, writs, notices, contracts, and legal opinions.
- Dispute Resolution & Client Advisory: Provide strategic counsel to clients on dispute resolution strategies, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: Candidates must possess 7+ years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation, arbitration, dispute resolution, and drafting.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Delhi.
