Era Harvin is inviting applications for Legal Interns and Newly Enrolled Advocates / Junior Associates at their office in Janakpuri, New Delhi. This opportunity provides hands-on exposure to comprehensive legal research, drafting, court procedures, and actual court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Legal Research & Drafting: Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal pleadings, petitions, and applications.
- Court Procedures & Appearances: Assist in court procedures, attend court hearings, and confidently appear or assist during proceedings.
- Case Management: Assist senior counsel with case briefs, client interactions, and procedural compliance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Demonstrated legal research and drafting proficiency.
- Basic understanding of court procedures and judicial processes.
- Confidence and readiness to assist in active court proceedings.
- Strong communication skills, sincerity, and commitment to professional development.
- Legal Interns: Open to law students (Physical and Online modes available).
- Junior Associates: Open to Newly Enrolled Advocates (Physical mode mandatory).
Stipend, Perks & Awards
Remuneration will be provided as per industry standards, commensurate with the candidate's role, skillset, and relevant experience.
