Role Overview
F5 is seeking a highly skilled and driven Legal Operations Analyst to join their team in Hyderabad, India. In this hybrid role, you will be at the intersection of legal strategy, contract operations, technology, and data analytics. You will support contract lifecycle management (CLM) platforms, lead AI and automation initiatives, build operational dashboards, and drive continuous process improvement across the corporate legal spectrum.
Key Responsibilities
- CLM Tool Administration: Support day-to-day operations of Contract Lifecycle Management tools, overseeing contract intake, workflow routing, clause libraries, user access, and contract data integrity.
- Data Analytics & Dashboards: Develop, track, and present KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics on legal operations, tech adoption, and workload distribution.
- AI & Automation Initiatives: Spearhead cutting-edge legal automation and AI projects aimed at streamlining contract review, management, and internal workflows.
- System Optimization & UAT: Evaluate emerging legal technologies and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to optimize internal legal tools.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical needs in close partnership with Digital/IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external vendors.
- Milestone Oversight: Track critical contract milestones to ensure timely routing, stakeholder assignments, approvals, and execution.
- Travel: Occasional travel (less than 10%), including potential international travel.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in legal operations, contract operations, systems support, data analytics, or business operations (experience within a global tech company or corporate legal department preferred).
- Analytics Proficiency: 2+ years of hands-on experience gathering data, designing dashboards, and tracking KPIs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business, Data Analytics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with CLM systems, reporting tools, automated workflows, and corporate legal technologies.
