Role Overview
This 3-month legal internship offers hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts within a modern, technology-driven corporate environment. Working directly alongside the legal team, you will gain invaluable exposure to the legal frameworks governing digital lending and fintech infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Structuring: Assist in drafting a variety of commercial agreements, service contracts, and regulatory documents.
Review & Analysis: Analyze and review operational agreements, identifying legal risks and ensuring corporate compliance.
Negotiation Exposure: Gain direct insight and practical exposure to the contract negotiation process with external vendors and partners.
Legal Documentation: Maintain meticulous legal records, standard operating agreements, and internal legal databases.
In-House Operations: Work closely with business teams to provide legal support tailored to fast-paced fintech operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Currently pursuing a recognized degree in law (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. or equivalent).
Strong foundational interest in contract law, commercial drafting, and in-house legal work.
Keen interest in the financial technology (Fintech) and digital lending sectors.
Excellent analytical, writing, and legal communication skills.
