About the Opportunity
Fiscal Law is inviting applications from qualified law students for the role of Assessment Intern – Indirect Tax. This internship is tailored for aspiring legal professionals keen to build their expertise and gain hands-on exposure to Indirect Tax litigation.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Engage in specialized research and case analysis concerning Indirect Tax litigation.
- Assist legal teams in drafting legal opinions, petitions, and related litigation documents.
- Review statutory provisions, case law precedents, and regulatory updates in indirect taxation.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students currently in the 5th year of a Five-Year Integrated Law Course.
- Students currently in the 3rd year of a Three-Year Law Course.
- A proven interest and foundational knowledge in Indirect Tax litigation.
