Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Selected lawyers will be integrated into the firm's core legal teams in Mumbai, managing diverse and sophisticated legal mandates:
- Banking & Finance: Drafting and negotiating banking documents, managing structured finance transactions, advise on debt restructuring, and regulatory compliance under Indian financial laws.
- Dispute Resolution: Handling complex commercial litigation and arbitration, drafting court pleadings, legal notices, and managing court strategy across forums in Mumbai and PAN-India.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Banking & Finance Team: Open for Group Head, Senior Associate, and Associate positions with 2–4 years or 5–7 years of PQE.
- Dispute Resolution Team: Open for Senior Associate and Associate roles with 2–6 years of PQE.
- Candidates must be qualified advocates registered with the Bar Council of India with relevant expertise in their respective practice areas.
