As part of the General Corporate team at Gaggar & Partners, you will work closely with seasoned practitioners handling strategic corporate matters, complex contract drafting, transactional deal structuring, and regulatory advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, vetting, and negotiating key commercial contracts and transactional documentation.
- Provide strategic legal advice on corporate compliance, corporate governance, and commercial legal issues.
- Conduct comprehensive legal due diligence and structure support for domestic and cross-border transactions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and draft legal opinions for diverse clients.
- Collaborate effectively with senior lawyers and partners in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
