About the Opportunity / Organizer
HealthKart is a premier house of health and wellness brands, housing prominent market leaders such as MuscleBlaze and HK Vitals in sports nutrition and online vitamins. The company offers a wide array of products catered to the fitness and nutritional needs of diverse consumers, including children, women, and the vegan community.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- IP & Trademark Management: Oversee trademark prosecution and support intellectual property protection across brand portfolios.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements.
- Litigation & Disputes: Assist in managing litigation matters and corporate dispute resolution.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Provide legal advisory, regulatory, and compliance support to cross-functional business teams.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in trademark prosecution, IP protection, commercial contract drafting, and litigation management.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Prior exposure to FMCG, consumer products, e-commerce, healthcare, nutrition, media, or technology sectors is highly preferred.
