About the Opportunity / Organizer
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is a global edge-to-cloud company that provides comprehensive solutions across platforms, data, artificial intelligence infrastructure, enterprise networking, and hybrid cloud management. HPE is currently seeking a Legal Operations Analyst based in Bengaluru to support legal financial management, legal operations, reporting, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
As part of the Operations, Legal, and Admin teams, the selected candidate will support the Legal Department through the following responsibilities:
- Provide detailed financial management and analytical insights to the Legal Department.
- Develop and manage budgets, creating and tracking financial metrics, processes, and tools for financial planning and forecasting.
- Conduct monthly reviews of legal invoices and prepare spending-related reports and audits aimed at cost reduction and efficiency.
- Identify, research, and resolve billing issues with outside counsel and external legal service providers.
- Generate analytical reports providing high visibility into legal spend and related metrics.
- Support Legal Operations projects and technology-enabled workflows, designing streamlined processes to overcome operational challenges.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or a related functional area.
- Education: First-level university degree.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros), along with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Preferred Qualification: Prior experience with SAP S/4 is preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong time-management, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
