HNM Legal Services is a full-service law firm engaged in providing legal services, advice, and assistance across various specialized areas of law. Its primary practice areas encompass Customs, Goods and Services Tax (GST), erstwhile Central Excise and Service Tax laws, import-export matters, Foreign Trade Policy (DGFT), Free Trade Agreements, trade promotion matters, SEZ and EOUs, FEMA, Company Law, Banking Laws, and NCB-related matters. Role & Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain extensive exposure to specialized indirect taxation litigation and compliance, with core responsibilities including:
- Assisting in drafting appeals, replies, and legal submissions before various tribunals and authorities.
- Working on live cases related to Customs, GST, and indirect taxation matters.
- Gaining practical exposure to legal proceedings, strategy, and courtroom practice.
- Conducting legal research on complex statutory interpretations, foreign trade policies, and tribunal precedents.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Candidates currently pursuing a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year integrated law programme.
- Final-year law students with proven proficiency in legal drafting and the interpretation of legal statutes will be preferred.
Duration, Mode & Location
- Duration: 1 month (available for November 2026 and December 2026).
- Work Mode: On-site.
- Location: Near IGI Airport, New Delhi.
