You will act as a strategic business partner, mitigating risk and ensuring full legal compliance for regional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Legal & Litigation Oversight: Strategically manage litigation, dispute resolutions, and general business legal operations across the UP and Bihar jurisdictions.
- Title Search & Verification: Lead comprehensive property title searches, legal due diligence, and search report evaluations to secure property lending.
- Mortgage Legal Strategy: Oversee legal frameworks governing mortgage creations, security enforceability, and property documentation.
- Regional Legal Support: Provide continuous legal guidance to internal business units, sales teams, and operational branches in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in legal operations, preferably within Banking, Financial Services, NBFCs, or Real Estate.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of business legal matters, mortgage laws, property titles, and recovery litigation.
- Jurisdictional Expertise: Strong familiarity with real estate laws, judicial procedures, and property documentation practices in UP and Bihar.
