Role Overview & Key Highlights
As a Litigation Associate, you will be an integral member of the practice group, working closely under the mentorship of Adv. Viqas Malik, Partner (Litigation & ADR). You will gain direct exposure to complex dispute resolution proceedings, court strategy, legal drafting, and client consultations.
Key Requirements & Eligibility Criteria
Experience Level: Up to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Motivated fresh law graduates with strong academic credentials are also invited to apply.
Geographic Preference: Only candidates residing in or natively from Srinagar will be considered for this local opportunity.
