Role & Key Responsibilities
INDALI Law Partners is hiring for its litigation team for two positions: Associate and Senior Associate. Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Handling diverse litigation matters involving civil, criminal, and commercial disputes.
- Conducting rigorous legal research and preparing comprehensive legal drafts, pleadings, and submissions.
- Representing clients and appearing before various courts and tribunals (courtroom advocacy).
- Managing multiple case assignments, client matters, and proceedings effectively.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Associate: Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Senior Associate: Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in civil, criminal, or commercial litigation.
- Proven courtroom experience, strong analytical abilities, and effective case management skills.
- Exceptional legal research, drafting, and communication skills.

- Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
