What You Will Do
As an Associate in our Delhi office, your responsibilities will be diverse, challenging, and highly rewarding. You will be actively involved in:
- End-to-End Case Management: Assisting clients through critical search and seizure proceedings, responding to summons, and drafting comprehensive replies to show-cause notices.
- Strategic Litigation Support: Drafting pleadings, writ petitions, appeals, and applications for various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Client & Authority Coordination: Collaborating closely with clients and coordinating with regulatory authorities across different parts of India.
- Rigorous Legal Research: Conducting deep-dive legal research on intricate points of GST, Customs, PMLA, and white-collar criminal law.
- Court Procedures: Managing court filings and understanding procedural nuances across various tribunals and courts.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a proactive professional who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:
- Experience: 1–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Niche Expertise: Prior experience in tax litigation or PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) matters is highly preferred.
- Procedural Knowledge: A sound and practical understanding of court procedures, registry filings, and tribunal operations.
- Skills: Excellent drafting capabilities and sharp, analytical legal research skills.
- Mindset: A strong willingness to take ownership of matters and a passion for professional growth.
