Key Responsibilities
- Court Support & Proceedings: Assist senior legal counsel in drafting, filing, and managing litigation matters across various courts and tribunals.
- Legal Research: Conduct deep-dive legal research into complex statutory frameworks, case laws, and judicial precedents to support ongoing litigation strategies.
- Case Preparation: Help draft pleadings, petitions, legal notices, counter-affidavits, and written submissions.
- Client & Docket Management: Coordinate court dates, track case progression, and maintain updated dockets for seamless operational efficiency.
