About the Internship
Israni Law is inviting applications from law students for a six-month paid legal internship with its Litigation Department in Mumbai.
The internship provides practical exposure to litigation and courtroom practice. Selected interns will assist the team with legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, preparing cases for trial and maintaining litigation records.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
Be currently enrolled in a three-year LL.B. or five-year integrated LL.B. programme.
Be based in Mumbai.
Have a genuine interest in litigation and courtroom practice.
Be willing to assist with legal research, drafting and case management.
Roles and Responsibilities
Selected interns will be expected to assist the litigation team with:
Conducting legal research and case-law analysis.
Assisting in drafting court pleadings.
Attending court hearings and observing proceedings.
Supporting trial preparation.
Maintaining case files and litigation records.
Tracking ongoing litigation matters.
Following up and coordinating with relevant court departments.
The internship is suited to students seeking hands-on experience in litigation and court-related work.
