The JILPS Blog serves as the contemporary commentary and public scholarship platform of JILPS, facilitating timely academic engagement, analytical discourse, and public discussion on emerging legal, political, and socio-economic developments.
Key Responsibilities / Submission Scope
Authors are invited to submit original, analytical blog posts that offer critical insights, normative claims, or comparative perspectives. Submissions must go beyond mere descriptive reporting.
- Word Count: 800 to 1,500 words.
- Submission Categories: Contemporary legal/policy analysis, case comments on recent judgments, legislative commentaries, research summaries, book/report reviews, and interdisciplinary pieces.
- Themes: Submissions are invited across diverse legal domains including Constitutional & Administrative Law, International Law & Relations, Human Rights & Humanitarian Law, Tech & AI Law, Intellectual Property, Environmental Law, Commercial & Corporate Law, Public Policy, and Socio-Legal Studies.
- AI Policy: Generative AI tools may only be used for basic language editing, proofreading, or structural improvements, and must be explicitly disclosed upon submission. AI tools cannot be listed as authors or co-authors.
