Role & Responsibilities
JSA is inviting applications for the position of Associate / Senior Associate within its General Corporate, M&A, and Private Equity/Venture Capital (PE/VC) practice in Gurugram.
- Execute complex M&A transactions, PE/VC investments, and joint ventures.
- Provide strategic corporate advisory and handle key commercial contract drafting and negotiations.
- Manage end-to-end deal execution, due diligence processes, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of post-qualification experience (3+ PQE) in corporate law.
- Proven track record in M&A deals, PE/VC funding rounds, and corporate drafting.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, client communication, and transaction management skills.
