About the Opportunity
Juris At Work is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Part-Time Paralegal with at least 2 years of PQE to join its global team remotely. This opportunity offers direct exposure to U.S. Personal Injury (PI) and Litigation matters, specifically in jurisdictions across Georgia, Florida, and Texas.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting Litigation Documents: Prepare complaints, motions, pleadings, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and related legal documents for US court proceedings.
- Factual & Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research and factual investigations across US state laws (Georgia, Florida, and Texas).
- Open Records Requests: Manage and execute Open Records Requests and gather essential evidentiary material for personal injury claims.
- Case Support: Assist with overall case management, calendar tracking, and litigation strategy with minimal supervision.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on paralegal or litigation experience (Freshers are not eligible).
- Domain Expertise: Prior experience in handling U.S. Personal Injury (PI) cases and LPO (Legal Process Outsourcing) environments is strongly preferred.
- Core Skills: Exceptional legal drafting, analytical research abilities, and outstanding written English communication skills.
- Work Ethic: High attention to detail, proactive attitude, highly organized, and capable of taking complete ownership of assigned tasks.
Schedule & Work Structure
- Work Type: Fully Remote.
- Daily Hours: Primarily 5 hours during the day, with occasional 1–2 hours in the evening as needed.
