Kan & Krishme, established in 1989, is a distinguished Intellectual Property law firm with over three decades of legal practice across Patents, Trademarks, Designs, and Copyrights. The firm is inviting applications for in-office internship positions at its Paschim Vihar office in New Delhi, focusing on Intellectual Property Law and Patent Prosecution in the areas of Chemistry, Electronics, and Pharma.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Interns will gain hands-on practical exposure to IP practice and patent management under experienced practitioners. Key focus areas include:
- Assisting with research and legal drafting related to Patent Prosecution.
- Working on technical legal analysis in domain areas: Chemistry, Electronics, and Pharma.
- Engaging with patent office communications, technical reviews, and IP filing processes.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Science.
- Recent graduates in Chemistry, Electronics, Pharmacy, or closely related disciplines.
- Strong candidates must possess a genuine interest in Intellectual Property Law and Patent Prosecution.
- Must be available for mandatory in-office working (remote work is not permitted).
