K&G TechLaw Partners is a boutique law firm offering comprehensive legal advisory services across sectors such as pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, e-commerce, information technology, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law, IP litigation, anti-bribery, heavy industry, manufacturing, and energy practices. The firm is inviting applications for a detail-oriented and driven Legal Associate with 2+ years of PQE to join its team in Delhi/Hybrid.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Drafting, reviewing, vetting, and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts and legal agreements.
Conducting in-depth legal research and regulatory compliance checks across diverse sectors.
Handling corporate transaction documentation and managing client deliverables independently.
Advising clients in the pharma, healthcare, IT, life sciences, and related industries.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.
Strong grasp of foundational corporate and commercial legal frameworks.
Proven expertise in contract drafting, vetting, and legal research.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong client management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple legal assignments and operate effectively in a hybrid environment.
