Role & Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will gain comprehensive, practical exposure to commercial litigation under the close mentorship of senior advocates and associates. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting extensive legal research on statutory provisions, case law, and commercial jurisprudence.
- Assisting in drafting pleadings, notices, petitions, applications, and legal briefs.
- Attending and observing court proceedings, arbitrations, and dispute resolution sessions.
- Supporting the litigation team on real client matters and transaction-related case preparations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law students currently in their 3rd year or above (3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree programs).
- Enrolled at a recognized university or law school.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
