M/s Kshitija Wadatkar and Associates is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Lawyer for its office located in Fort, Mumbai. The firm focuses on criminal and civil litigation, offering candidates the opportunity to independently handle matters with minimal supervision and build an impactful advocacy career.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
Handle criminal and civil litigation matters independently.
Draft legal pleadings, petitions, and procedural documents without requiring detailed oversight.
Appear and argue confidently before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and subordinate courts.
Take end-to-end ownership of client matters and court procedures with minimal guidance.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in criminal and civil law.
Court Practice: Demonstrated competence in procedural law, independent drafting, and court appearances.
High Court Advocacy: Proven ability to appear and argue before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court.
Language Skills: Mandatory proficiency in both Marathi and English.
Background Preference: First-generation lawyers from small towns are preferred.
