Key Responsibilities
As a Legal Intern at Legal Delight, you will be immersed in dynamic real-world legal practice. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Legal Drafting & Documentation: Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and vetting corporate and commercial contracts.
Commercial Property & Lease Agreements: Assisting with commercial lease drafting and executing rigorous property due diligence.
Intellectual Property Rights (IPR): Gaining hands-on experience in trademark research, filing, and IPR management.
Legal Research: Conducting deep regulatory research on complex statutory compliance matters.
Regulatory Exposure: Gaining high-level exposure to RBI guidelines, FEMA regulations, and industry-specific statutory mandates.
