About the Opportunity / Organizer
Legalis IP is an independent digital jurisprudence collective and policy research platform operating at the intersection of law, technology, and intellectual property, in association with The Intellectual Foundation (TIF). The platform focuses on legal research, publications, academic initiatives, webinars, competitions, institutional collaborations, and contemporary issues involving technology, intellectual property, data governance, and digital policy.
Legalis IP is inviting applications for the position of Admin Intern for an 8-week remote internship providing practical exposure to administrative coordination, recruitment, event management, and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Assist with recruitment, shortlisting, interview coordination, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with different divisions, tracking tasks, deadlines, meetings, and internal updates.
- Support webinars, workshops, competitions, and academic initiatives by coordinating with speakers, participants, and collaborators.
- Manage Google Forms, Google Sheets, attendance records, participant lists, and organizational trackers.
- Prepare certificates, feedback forms, and maintain event documentation and organizational records.
- Support leadership with administrative and operational requirements to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Law students pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
- Recent law graduates.
- Students from allied disciplines with an interest in legal, academic, policy, administrative, or organizational work.
- Applicants with good communication, coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Applicants demonstrating responsiveness, attention to detail, professionalism, and self-drive.
- Prior experience in administration, event coordination, student societies, or leadership roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
