About the Opportunity / Organizer
LexAnalytico is seeking a driven and qualified Legal Associate based in Bangalore. The selected candidate will get direct exposure to commercial contracts, intellectual property (IP) prosecution, and commercial litigation, providing an excellent opportunity to build a broad-based legal practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts.
- Handle trademark and design prosecution matters before relevant registries.
- Advise on and work on copyright issues.
- Assist in preparing pleadings, research, and strategy for commercial litigation matters.
- Gain hands-on client exposure and handle end-to-end legal deliverables.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Prior experience or demonstrated interest in commercial contracts, trademark & design prosecution, copyright, and commercial litigation.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
