Available Internship Tracks & Key Responsibilities
1. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Track
Perfect for candidates with a genuine passion for arbitration, mediation, conciliation, and negotiation. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting in-depth legal research on domestic and international ADR frameworks.
Analyzing complex case laws and statutory developments in dispute resolution.
Preparing comprehensive research notes and briefs on procedural and substantive arbitration laws.
2. Company Law & Corporate Research Track
Designed for future corporate lawyers and commercial law enthusiasts. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing detailed statutory and case-law research on corporate governance, mergers, and allied areas of Company Law.
Drafting analytical research notes on corporate legal developments.
Monitoring and analyzing regulatory updates from the MCA, SEBI, and other commercial authorities.
3. Private International Law Track
An elite track dedicated to cross-border legal challenges and conflict of laws. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting comparative legal research on jurisdiction and choice of law.
Assisting in research regarding the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments.
Analyzing legal complexities in international contracts and cross-border disputes.
4. Legal Research & Editorial Track
Tailored for candidates interested in legal journalism, academic publishing, and book writing. Open to students of Law, Journalism, English, Literature, or Mass Communication. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the drafting, editing, and proofreading of legal books, chapters, research papers, and articles.
Verifying citations, references, and performing rigorous fact-checking.
Refining and polishing complex legal content for publication.
Candidate Requirements
Commitment: Ability to commit to a 3–6 month, full-time, on-site internship in New Delhi.
Academic Background: Strong academic record with excellent written English and analytical skills.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to communicate complex legal subjects clearly and accurately.

Prior experience in writing articles, research papers, or editorial work will be considered a strong advantage.
Stipend & Benefits
This is a paid internship. The stipend will be disbursed upon final confirmation after the successful completion of the initial one-month evaluation period.
