Role Overview & Responsibilities
The firm is looking to hire 2 Associates for its specialized Banking & Finance practice group in Mumbai. Key practice aspects include:
- Advising lenders, borrowers, and financial institutions on domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex finance documentation, facility agreements, security creation documents, and related instruments.
- Managing transaction execution and ensuring compliance with applicable banking and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Working directly on live deals with seasoned industry leaders.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience (PQE) specifically within Banking & Finance.
- Demonstrated expertise and hands-on familiarity with financing transactions; prior direct domain experience is prioritized over general corporate exposure.
- Location Preference: Local candidates based in Mumbai (or those able to join without relocation) are strongly preferred.
