The firm comprises 15 lawyers, including 4 Partners who have previously been associated with some of the top law firms in India. The firm's Real Estate Practice caters to institutional investors, lenders, developers, and end users across India. Magnah Law Partners also assists clients in corporate and commercial laws, foreign investment, employment laws, intellectual property and technology, as well as litigation and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed title due diligence and inspect or examine title-related documents.
- Identify and analyse risks related to real estate transactions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on real estate and property laws.
- Assist in drafting real estate transaction documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of work products in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.).
- Experience: 0–1 years of experience in litigation or non-litigation roles.
- Language Requirement: Knowledge of Kannada (reading and writing) is mandatory.
- Strong research, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
