Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be actively involved in litigation and procedural legal work, including:
- Handling court procedures and managing day-to-day litigation matters.
- Conducting extensive legal research on procedural and substantive laws.
- Drafting petitions, applications, pleadings, legal notices, and opinions.
- Assisting senior advocates in court proceedings and case preparations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must be enrolled as an advocate with a State Bar Council.
- Strong command over procedural laws and court procedures.
- Sound legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach towards litigation.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work in a demanding legal environment.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant litigation experience are eligible to apply.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
