About the Opportunity
At Medhavi Law Partners, junior advocates gain hands-on exposure to practical litigation right from day one. You will be actively involved in procedural legal work, trial preparations, drafting petitions, and representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums across Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- Court Appearances & Procedures: Navigate daily court procedures, trial advocacy, filings, and case management across district courts, high courts, and tribunals.
- Substantive Legal Drafting: Draft writ petitions, plaints, written statements, notices, urgent applications, and affidavits with precision.
- In-Depth Legal Research: Conduct extensive research on statutory provisions, case law precedents, and evolving legal doctrines to support senior counsel in ongoing matters.
- Case Strategy: Assist in client conferences, brief senior advocates, and contribute to the formulation of comprehensive litigation strategies.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council (Bar Council of Delhi or equivalent).
- Strong command over civil, criminal, and procedural laws (CPC, CrPC/BNSS, Evidence Act/BSA).
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and drafting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- High willingness to learn, adapt, and handle responsibility within a rigorous and dynamic legal environment.
- Both fresh law graduates and candidates with prior litigation experience are encouraged to apply.
