What You Will Gain Exposure To
- Corporate & Commercial Governance: Company secretarial practices, corporate governance, and MCA/ROC/RBI filings.
- Contract Management: Reviewing, drafting, and managing service agreements, NDAs, undertakings, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide legal support to internal business teams on routine operational matters.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: CS or LLB (Candidates pursuing or having completed CS Executive / CS qualification preferred).
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant experience. Freshers with strong academic credentials and a keen interest in corporate law/secretarial functions are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Sound understanding of corporate and commercial laws, robust drafting abilities, excellent verbal/written communication, and working knowledge of MS Office.
