About the Opportunity / Organizer
Mishra & Associates is a prominent litigation-focused law chamber based in West Delhi, led by Advocate Ganesh Mishra. The office represents clients across a broad spectrum of legal matters including civil, criminal, matrimonial, commercial, and allied laws before various District Courts, Tribunals, and the High Court of Delhi. The chamber is inviting dedicated law students for a physical legal internship providing intensive practical exposure to dispute resolution, court craft, and procedural practice.
Key Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive legal research on statutory frameworks, precedents, and relevant case laws.
Drafting miscellaneous applications, affidavits, legal briefs, and notes on arguments.
Assisting counsel in case preparation, brief compilation, and formal court filings.
Managing case records, indexing case files, and court diary maintenance.
Observing court proceedings, tribunal hearings, and practical trial advocacy.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Pursuing a recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. degree.
Must have completed more than half of the total semesters of the respective law program.
Demonstrated interest in litigation, courtroom advocacy, and drafting.
Strong command of written and spoken English along with essential computer proficiency.
Preference will be extended to applicants residing in West Delhi or nearby vicinities.
