Available Roles & Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level, you will be considered for either the Associate track or the structured Internship program. Key responsibilities include:
- In-Depth Legal Research: Conducting meticulous research on property disputes, land acquisition laws, municipal regulations, and landmark judgments.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assisting in drafting legal opinions, sale deeds, lease agreements, development agreements, and pleadings.
- Due Diligence & Title Search: Conducting comprehensive title searches and preparing detailed due diligence reports for real estate transactions.
- Client & Court Assistance: Assisting senior partners in client consultations, strategy formulation, and preparing briefs for litigation and regulatory authorities.
Who Should Apply?
