About the Opportunity / Organizer
MSK & Partners is hiring an experienced Associate for its General Corporate team in Mumbai. MSK & Partners is an outcome-focused, strategy-driven law firm headquartered in Mumbai, offering comprehensive legal advisory and representation across India. With a dynamic team of 20 to 25 lawyers and professionals, the firm specializes in delivering commercially viable legal counsel while steadfastly protecting client interests.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
- Handle corporate advisory matters and strategic advisory assignments.
- Draft, negotiate, and vet complex commercial contracts, agreements, and transaction documents.
- Conduct rigorous legal due diligence for corporate transactions.
- Advise clients on both routine legal compliance and high-stakes corporate strategies.
- Work across commercial transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures (JVs), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Solid background in drafting, negotiating, and vetting complex corporate and commercial agreements.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance, the Companies Act, FEMA regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Proven expertise in legal due diligence and corporate advisory.
- Exceptional analytical, drafting, and written/verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
