National Health Mission (NHM), UT Ladakh is seeking qualified legal professionals for the position of State Law Officer (NHM). This role involves managing legal affairs, regulatory advisory, and legal compliance for public health administration within the Union Territory of Ladakh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal affairs, advisory matters, and regulatory compliance for the National Health Mission in UT Ladakh.
- Draft, review, and vet legal contracts, tenders, notifications, and statutory submissions.
- Liaise with legal counsel, government advocates, and statutory authorities for pending litigations.
- Provide strategic legal guidance to executive authorities on health-related legal frameworks.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University or Institution.
- Relevant legal domain expertise, corporate or government advisory experience.
