Core Responsibilities & Learning Exposure
Selected legal professionals will be embedded within NHAI's core legal team, gaining invaluable direct experience in public sector and infrastructure law:
- Conduct high-level legal research and analysis concerning legal frameworks governing the National Highway sector.
- Assist in drafting legal documentation, contractual agreements, and advisory briefs for national infrastructure endeavors.
- Contribute to legal strategy, dispute management, and compliance operations supporting NHAI's highway development pipeline.
- Gain hands-on experience navigating regulatory mandates and government frameworks.
Eligibility & Reservation Guidelines
- Candidates must satisfy all prescribed eligibility criteria detailed in the official engagement notice.
- Applicants applying under OBC-NCL or PwBD reserved categories must submit valid certificates issued in the prescribed Government of India format.
- OBC-NCL certificates must be issued during the 2025-26 period, with the caste/community explicitly matching the Central Government notified list.
