About the Organization
Navi Finserv Limited is an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). Its legal recovery team initiates recovery proceedings under Section 25 of the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 against delinquent loan accounts.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
This is an independent, part-time field engagement requiring 3–4 days of visits per month to serve approximately 25–30 legal notices per month. Key responsibilities include:
- Accompanying Navi's on-ground personnel to borrowers' addresses.
- Physically serving statutory and in-house legal notices to concerned borrowers.
- Explaining the contents of legal notices accurately and professionally to recipients.
- Addressing queries raised by recipients regarding the served notices.
- Carrying out assigned field visits and administrative reporting promptly.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Recent law graduates, advocates' clerks, paralegals, retired court staff, or individuals with relevant knowledge of legal procedures.
- Fluency in Hindi, English, and the regional language of the city (both spoken and written).
- Working understanding of legal notice procedures; familiarity with Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and professional conduct.
- Willingness to undertake fieldwork within city limits.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
- Remuneration: ₹12,000–₹14,000 per month, payable upon completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Conveyance Reimbursement: Fuel and local transport expenses incurred during fieldwork reimbursed as per company policy.
- Training: Comprehensive orientation provided covering notice contents, service procedures, and communication standards.

Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Pune, Surat, and Visakhapatnam.
