What You Will Learn & Do
As a Legal Intern at Nitesh Mehra & Associates, you will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of an active litigation practice. Key responsibilities include:
- Court Proceedings: Attending court hearings to observe oral arguments, judicial procedures, and advocacy techniques.
- In-Depth Legal Research: Conducting rigorous research on statutory provisions, precedents, and complex legal issues across various practice areas.
- Drafting & Documentation: Assisting in drafting legal notices, pleadings, petitions, written statements, and briefs.
- Case Briefing: Reviewing case files, preparing concise case summaries, and organizing documents for upcoming matters.

- Students currently in their 3rd, 4th, or 5th year of a 5-Year Integrated LL.B. program.

- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
