NK Legal is inviting applications for the position of Associate Trainee at their office in Mumbai. NK Legal is a dynamic law firm offering key services across dispute resolution and corporate practices, providing selected candidates with hands-on practice exposure and structured career progression.
Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Represent and assist in practice areas including Commercial Litigation and Insolvency across various legal forums.
- Handle drafting, legal research, and regulatory compliance for General Corporate Advisory and Due Diligence mandates.
- Demonstrate high productivity, punctuality, and commitment to client deliverables.
- Based on evaluation of performance and diligence, the Associate Trainee may subsequently be transitioned into a full Associate role.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Must be currently based in Mumbai.
- Available for immediate joining.
- Demonstrated passion, dedication, diligence, and motivation towards legal practice.
- Willingness to work flexibly across litigation, insolvency, and corporate advisory teams.
