Noida Metro Rail Corporation Limited (NMRC) is a joint venture company of the Government of India and the Government of Uttar Pradesh established to plan, build, and operate mass transit and urban transport systems in the Noida and Greater Noida region.
Key Responsibilities / Competition Scope
The selected candidates will be appointed as Senior Section Officer (Legal). The role involves managing legal affairs, drafting and vetting contracts, handling litigation, and providing legal advisory services to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing mass transit operations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized University/Institute through a 3-year regular course OR a 5-year integrated regular course.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
- Pay Scale: IDA Pay Scale of ₹46,000 – ₹1,45,000.
- Number of Vacancies: 02 (Two).
