Key Responsibilities

- Arbitration & Dispute Resolution: Strategize and manage commercial arbitrations, alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, and pre-litigation settlement proceedings.

Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized Indian University/Institute.
