About the Internship
Adv. Kshama A. Loya is inviting applications for a long-term virtual research internship focused on arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.
The internship is intended for law students and LL.M. candidates seeking research-oriented exposure to arbitration matters and related court proceedings. Candidates applying for the opportunity should have a genuine interest in arbitration and be available for a long-term engagement.
Eligibility
The internship is open to:
Students in the penultimate or final year of a law course.
Candidates pursuing an LL.M.
Candidates with a genuine interest in arbitration and arbitration-related litigation.
Candidates who can commit to a long-term internship.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience or involvement in the following areas is preferred:
Arbitration cases
Arbitration-related court matters
Legal publications
Candidates should specifically highlight any relevant experience in these areas in their cover email.
