About the Opportunity / Organizer
Office of Adv. Moksh Jain is a dynamic legal practice based in Fort, Mumbai. The office handles diverse litigation and corporate matters across various courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities throughout the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The practice is actively seeking three dedicated, entry-level legal professionals to join their team as Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Litigation & Corporate Support: Assist with ongoing civil, criminal, corporate, and commercial litigation matters.
- Legal Drafting: Draft pleadings, petitions, legal notices, applications, and legal agreements.
- Court Appearances & Visits: Visit and appear before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, Metropolitan Courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Case Research: Perform comprehensive legal research and case analysis.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Experience: Open to fresh law graduates (0 PQE).
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be residing in Mumbai.
- Vacancies: 3 positions available.
Stipend, Perks & Awards
Selected candidates will undergo an initial paid assessment period of three months. Permanent remuneration terms will be discussed during the interview process.
