About the Opportunity
The Office of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Sanjay Karol, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India, invites applications for legal internships on a rolling basis. This prestigious internship program provides candidates with specialized practical exposure to the expanding domains of Arbitration and Legal Advisory work, distinct from conventional litigation chambers.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on complex commercial and arbitration disputes.
- Assist in preparing case briefs, research memos, and advisory opinions.
- Review arbitration agreements, pleadings, awards, and relevant statutory frameworks.
- Support chamber operations relating to advisory and dispute resolution assignments.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Open to law students currently enrolled in recognized 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programs, or recent law graduates.
- Strong interest and academic grounding in Arbitration Law, Commercial Law, and Legal Advisory work.
- Sound research, critical thinking, and drafting skills.
Duration & Timeline
- Internship Period: November 2026 to January 2027.
