Applications are invited for an internship opportunity at the Office of Mr. Shashank Dixit, Central Government Standing Counsel (CGSC), High Court of Delhi. This opportunity offers aspiring advocates first-hand exposure to high-stakes dispute resolution and government litigation at the High Court level.
Key Responsibilities / Internship Scope
Selected interns will gain comprehensive hands-on exposure to litigation and advocacy practice across multiple core domains:
- Constitutional Law and Public Law Litigation
- Arbitration and commercial dispute resolution
- Commercial Law matters
- Service Law litigation representing government bodies
- Legal research, case law analysis, and assisting with court briefing and drafting
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law program (B.A. LL.B./B.B.A. LL.B. or equivalent).
- Final-year students of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.

- Duration: October 2026 (1 Month)
- Location / Mode: On-site at Defence Colony, New Delhi.
