Role Overview
This is an exceptional in-house opportunity tailored for a legal professional with hands-on exposure to corporate advisory, comprehensive commercial contracting, and robust litigation support. As Legal Officer, you will serve as a foundational legal pillar ensuring corporate governance, mitigating legal exposure, and managing strategic dispute resolution within the renewable and clean energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Legal Advisory: Counsel internal business verticals on statutory compliance, governance mandates, company law compliances, and risk management strategies.
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Draft, review, negotiate, and administer high-value commercial agreements, tenders, vendor contracts, MOUs, and joint venture documentation.
- Litigation Management & Dispute Support: Coordinate with external counsels, prepare briefs, oversee case strategies, monitor court matters, and ensure prompt drafting of legal notices, replies, and affidavits.
- Regulatory Compliance: Keep abreast of evolving corporate, labor, energy, and environmental laws impacting corporate clean energy operations.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
- Educational Qualification: Full-time LL.B. (3-year or 5-year integrated course) with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a Government-recognised University/Institute, or an LL.M.
- Specialisation: Preference will be accorded to candidates holding specialization in Corporate Law, Contract Law, or Labour Law.
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ year of post-qualification experience (PQE) spanning corporate legal matters, contract management, and litigation handling.
- Age Limit: Between 18 and 45 years.

- Remuneration: ₹60,000 per month consolidated
