Outofcourt.in is inviting applications from passionate law students for its Virtual Mediation Internship Programme. This one-month virtual internship offers an exclusive, hands-on learning opportunity focused on alternative dispute resolution (ADR), mediation dynamics, and the practical Indian legal landscape. The cohort size is strictly restricted to 8 students per month to ensure personalized mentorship and active engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting in-depth legal research on mediation jurisprudence, trends, and dispute resolution frameworks.
- Participating in promotional initiatives and awareness campaigns related to mediation.
- Undertaking practical court visits, survey assignments, or field assessments as assigned.
- Submitting all assigned tasks in the required structure and timeline.
Eligibility & Criteria
- Open to all law students currently pursuing 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes.
- Selection is strictly merit-based, determined by the quality and clarity of responses to the five application questionnaire prompts.
Perks & Certification
- Certificate of Internship upon successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Comprehensive practical exposure to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and mediation practices.
