About the Opportunity / Organizer
P & P Law Chambers is a premier litigation-based law firm handling matters across various courts and tribunals in Delhi. The firm specializes in consumer disputes, medical negligence, and civil and criminal litigation.
The chamber is inviting applications for physical legal internships offering law students immersive, hands-on exposure to active litigation and practical advocacy skills under the direct mentorship of experienced litigators.
Key Responsibilities / Role Scope
- Court Proceedings: Accompany advocates and gain real-time exposure to proceedings across district courts, high courts, and tribunals in Delhi.
- Drafting & Pleadings: Assist in drafting notices, plaints, written statements, consumer complaints, and miscellaneous legal applications.
- Legal Research: Perform rigorous case law research, statutory analysis, and prepare brief notes for ongoing litigation matters.
- Chamber Practice: Observe and actively participate in the day-to-day operations and management of a fast-paced litigation practice.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Open to law students in their 2nd year or above of a 5-year Integrated LL.B. or 3-year LL.B. degree program.
- Candidates must be available for full-time, physical work at the chamber's Delhi office.
Internship Duration & Details
- Location: Lajpat Nagar–I, New Delhi.
- Work Mode: Physical / On-site.
- Available Durations: 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
- Internship Months: October, November, and December (Immediate joining available).
